SHIPPING POLICY
I. Estimated Delivery Timeline:
After payment, your order will be processed within 3 - 5 business days at our studio.
Subsequently, the parcels are expected to reach the destination country in approximately 7 - 10 business days.
Local couriers will then handle the parcels and deliver them to your specified location, with an estimated arrival time of around 3 - 5 business days.
Note: FSLV operates Monday-Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM (PT). Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside normal business hours will be prepared for shipment within the following 3-5 business days. While we strive to accommodate special shipping requests, customers are solely responsible for understanding our shipping procedures.
Expedited Shipping: Orders with expedited shipping placed before 11:00 AM (PT) will ship the same day; orders placed after 11:00 AM (PT) will ship the following business day.
We thoroughly review, verify, and approve every order. Discrepancies in billing and shipping information may cause delays, and in such cases, we may contact you. Please provide phone numbers for both billing and shipping.
Please be aware that occasional delays in shipping may occur.
II. Checking Shipping Status:
Upon receiving the shipping confirmation, you'll be provided with a tracking number and tracking link. The tracking status will be updated within a few days. You can monitor the shipping status of your parcels at tracking link.
III. Local Courier Selection:

IV. Initial Shipping Information Delay Explanation:
If you notice a lack of updates during the first week, please be advised that after dispatch, it generally takes 7-10 days for transportation via cargo flight and customs clearance. During this period, the logistics tracking information may not be immediately updated. Once your package reaches your country, the logistics tracking number will synchronize with the latest information.
